ONGOING SUPPORT FOR YOUR BUSINESS
MANAGE THE MAINTENANCE.
KEEP YOUR FLEET WORKING.
Your vehicles carry your staff, tools and deliveries. Mobile Car Clinic helps you manage their maintenance throughout the year, with a clear plan for each vehicle, controlled repair approvals and useful reporting for your business.
01 / EVERY VEHICLE ACCOUNTED FOR
INDIVIDUAL VEHICLE
MANAGEMENT
Each fleet vehicle can have its own service and maintenance history. We bring the vehicle details, recorded mileage, condition, repair needs and agreed follow-up work together so you can see what has been done and what is needed next.
- A separate record for each vehicle, identified by registration or your fleet unit number.
- Service dates, inspections, faults reported by drivers and repair findings.
- Maintenance priorities based on the vehicle’s use, condition and available history.
- A nominated business contact for decisions, approvals and updates.
This helps you manage the individual vehicle as well as understand the needs of the wider fleet.
02 / PLAN BEFORE A BREAKDOWN
PREVENTATIVE
MAINTENANCE
We help organise scheduled servicing and inspections around your operating hours, manufacturer guidance, mileage and working conditions. The aim is to identify developing problems early and deal with maintenance before it becomes an avoidable breakdown.
- Agree service intervals and inspection dates for each vehicle.
- Review accessible fluids, filters, battery and charging condition, visible wear and reported symptoms within the agreed scope.
- Separate urgent concerns from work that can be planned.
- Keep a list of the next maintenance actions and follow-up checks.
Where specialist testing or workshop facilities are required, we explain the options and agree the next step.
03 / ONE CLEAR REPAIR PROCESS
REPAIR
MANAGEMENT
From the first reported fault to the completed repair, MCC helps coordinate assessments, quotations, authorisations, parts, technicians and return visits. Your business stays informed and controls what is approved.
- Record the problem and assessment findings against the correct vehicle.
- Explain the recommended work, estimated labour and parts prices.
- Obtain approval from your nominated contact before additional repairs or charges.
- Coordinate parts availability, repair scheduling and any follow-up work.
- Record completed work and flag anything still outstanding.
Major repairs and specialist work may require workshop arrangements, discussed with you before proceeding. No particular workshop is promised.
04 / KNOW THE COST PER VEHICLE
COST CONTROL
& CLEAR AUTHORISATIONS
Maintenance costs are easier to manage when you can see which vehicle incurred them and why. We keep labour, parts, approved additional charges and maintenance expenditure linked to the relevant job and vehicle.
- Itemised quotations and a record of customer approvals.
- Labour hours and rates, parts charges and agreed additional work.
- Invoices, payments, refunds and outstanding balances.
- Vehicle-by-vehicle cost reviews to identify recurring repairs and plan maintenance budgets.
Proposed work is kept separate from approved charges. Your vehicle. Your budget. Your decision.
05 / HISTORY THAT STAYS USEFUL
PERMANENT VEHICLE
SERVICE HISTORY
A completed job should still be available when you need to understand a recurring problem or check what was replaced. Each vehicle’s record can bring together past maintenance, completed repairs, findings, authorisations and invoices.
- What was serviced or repaired, when, and at the recorded mileage.
- Previous findings, repeat complaints and recommendations.
- Parts fitted, work performed and linked return visits.
- Outstanding recommendations carried forward for review.
Completed work remains in the maintenance history. Existing records supplied by your business can be reviewed to help establish a useful starting point.
06 / REPORTS YOU CAN ACT ON
FLEET REPORTING
& MAINTENANCE REVIEWS
Monthly fleet reports bring completed maintenance, outstanding work, vehicle condition and expenditure into one practical review. We agree the format and scope with your business, and can arrange a different review frequency where needed. Each report can show the following for each vehicle and across the work managed by MCC:
- Completed maintenance: services, inspections and repairs carried out during the agreed period.
- Outstanding work: jobs awaiting approval, parts, a return visit or further assessment.
- Vehicle condition: recorded concerns, recurring faults and vehicles needing attention.
- Upcoming maintenance: the next agreed service dates and mileage-based actions.
- Expenditure: labour, parts and authorised costs per vehicle, with payment and balance records.
These reports support maintenance decisions and budgeting. They are prepared from service records and information supplied by your business; reporting frequency and scope are agreed upfront.
REDUCED DOWNTIME.
A MORE ORGANISED WORKING DAY.
We help plan maintenance around when your vehicles are available, group suitable visits and prioritise the vehicles your business depends on most. Mobile assessments and suitable repairs at an agreed location can reduce unnecessary trips to a workshop. Planning parts and follow-up work helps avoid repeated disruption.
Repair times depend on the fault, parts, technician availability and the facilities required. We communicate the expected next steps and any changes; we do not promise that every repair can be completed on site or that breakdowns can be eliminated.
