Buying a used vehicle can leave you with questions. MCC’s standard pre-purchase inspection covers visual and basic mechanical checks appropriate to the vehicle, available access and conditions.
- Visible condition and signs needing further investigation
- Accessible engine-bay and fluid checks
- Basic starting and running observations, where possible
- A concise written report with findings and recommendations
Allow approximately 30–45 minutes. Obtain the seller’s permission and arrange access before the appointment.

This is a non-invasive inspection. Hidden or intermittent defects may not be detected. It is not a roadworthy certificate, valuation or guarantee of future reliability. Scanning, dismantling, specialist testing and additional work are not automatically included.
