A hands-on initial assessment of the symptoms and accessible vehicle systems. Findings, limitations and next steps are explained clearly.
Electronic scanning is not currently offered as an included or guaranteed service. Specialist tests may need referral or a separate agreement.
02 / KEEP THINGS MOVING
Owner-managed assessments with mechanical work performed or arranged through suitably competent technicians, according to the job.
Parts and additional labour are agreed separately. Major repairs may need workshop facilities. Service-book entries reflect work actually performed and do not imply manufacturer accreditation.
03 / WHEN PLANS CHANGE
Contact us with your exact location, vehicle details and symptoms. We confirm availability and whether the location is suitable for safe assistance.
We cannot promise an immediate response or that every vehicle can be repaired roadside. If specialist recovery or workshop work is needed, we’ll explain the next step.
After-hours Helderberg appointments are R1,250 at 18:00, 19:00 or 20:00, subject to availability. Roadside call-outs require a direct discussion before a price is agreed.
